Green Hill Zone (グリーンヒルゾーン, Gurīn Hiru Zōn?) is the first Zone in the 16-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog (1991), and its numerous ports and remasters, as well as the 8-bit version of that game, and thus, the first Zone of the whole Sonic series.
